Condo vs House Window Cleaning Cost in Phoenix
Same city, same dust — different quotes. Condos and townhomes often land lower on pane count but can cost more per window when access, HOA rules, or upper floors get in the way. Here’s an honest breakdown.
Ballpark ranges (same scale as our cost guide)
These line up with the Phoenix window cleaning cost ballparks — starting points, not guarantees:
- Small condo / townhome (mostly ground floor, fewer panes): often about $100–$200 exterior; $150–$300 interior + exterior.
- Average 3–4 bedroom house: often about $175–$350 exterior; $250–$500 interior + exterior.
- Larger homes, lots of glass, or two stories: often $350–$700+, especially with hard water, screens, or hard-to-reach panes.

Why the quotes diverge
Access
Houses usually allow ladders from the yard. Condos may limit ladder work, require check-in, or only allow cleaning from the inside / with poles. Upper-floor units with no balcony access are a different job than a ranch house with easy sidewalk reach.
